“esperienza terribile, la stanza numero 124 è troppo rumorosa, davanti alle finestre ( proprio davanti, in pratica le finestre sono bloccate) ci sono gli enormi motori dei condizionatori e hanno funzionato tutta la notte, sembrava di dormire accanto al motore di un aereo... personale apatico e scortese! Peccato perché la posizione è buona. ”

“Posizione dell'hotel buona per raggiungere Buffalo o Niagara Falls (30 minuti in auto). Personale piacevole e molto disponibile: vengono organizzati spesso momenti di convito -facoltativi- per socializzare (merende o cene a buffet). Pulizia generale buona, da rivedere alcune lenzuola. Ambienti ottimi, peccano un poco per il rumore del frigorifero (presente nella nostra camera) e del condizionatore; la strada vicina non si sente.”

“Super cozy and private feel, room was practically spotless, and a great size. The bathroom featured a lovely colored shower and sink, I was obsessed! Bed was comfortable and the TV in the room was really nice as well. I would imagine a summer stay would be lovely!”

“Very nice, new(er) hotel. The staff I interacted with was all friendly, professional, and appeared that they liked their job. At first, I had thought the hotel was a salvaged, rebuilt warehouse, but during my stay found out it was brand new. Very nicely designed, stylish decor, clean room, good bed. Breakfast was not unlike many other places and was just what I expected. Only thing that was missing was a pool/hot tub, but in this case, definitely not a deal breaker.
